ABA Therapist

Full Time/Part Time Position

BNS is a private practice with psychologists, neuropsychologists, licensed mental health clinicians, and speech and language pathologists who specialize in assessing and treating children with a wide range of difficulties, including those with developmental delays, autism, genetic disorders, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injuries, ADHD, learning problems, and/or mood disorders. In addition, BNS provides home-based, center-based, and school-based ABA services to children with autism through the Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analysis Center (MABAC). We are looking for highly qualified Bachelor's Level or Master's Level ABA therapists to join our team. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with autism
• Experience in both Discrete Trial Training and Incidental Teaching methods
• Experience in behavior management strategies
• Experience providing ABA services in the home and school
• Highly energetic
• Team-player
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge and training in special education and child development a plus!

Responsibilities:
• Teach communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, executive functioning, and other skills to children with autism using ABA methodology
• Implement many different ABA methodologies, such as Discrete Trial Training and Incidental Teaching, in the home, school, and/or center
• Collect and graph data at the end of each session
•Receive direct supervision by a doctoral-level psychologist and/or BCBA
• Collaboratively work with parents and teachers
