When appropriate, we will provide a formal assessment of achievement in the basic areas of reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics so that you can see the effect our services have had on your child’s performance. They not only have expertise in specific subject areas, but they are friendly and personable. They make the process enjoyable for children and adolescents so that the tutoring relationship is an effective learning experience. Our tutors work under the supervision of our neuropsychologists in order to understand the unique learning style of each student. They are experienced in working with children who are gifted. They also work well with children who have verbal and non-verbal learning disabilities, ADHD, and any other condition that makes learning difficult. If your child has had an evaluation, we will use information from the report to tailor our tutoring strategies toward your child’s strengths and weaknesses.
