Kaitlyn Switalski, Ph.D.
Clinical Neuropsychologist, Forensic Evaluator, Neurodevelopmental Specialist
Dr. Switalski completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. During graduate school, she specialized in child psychology and conducted research on the evidence-based treatment, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She also conducted a dissertation examining the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive predictors of adaptive functioning in children. Dr. Switalski completed extensive pre-doctoral training in child neuropsychological testing and individual and family therapy. She also evaluated and treated children in inpatient and outpatient settings with chronic medical conditions such as Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Dr. Switalski completed her post-doctoral fellowship in the Developmental Medicine Center at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she specialized in neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disability, and genetic conditions. Currently, Dr. Switalski provides neuropsychological assessments for children ages birth to adulthood with neurodevelopmental concerns and co-morbid psychological symptoms such as depression and anxiety.
